Our Client was looking to relocate to a larger unit to achieve an office plan of the highest spec that would provide extra office & warehouse space for their business
As the principle contractor MCUK conducted a thorough survey of all elements within the pre-determined scope of the works, which was to include the installation of a mezzanine floor and a full modern fit out of offices to our usual high standard of work. This full internal package included; mezzanine floor, glass partitions, stud partitions, all aspects of joinery, suspended ceiling, flooring, decoration, HVAC and electricals.
We advised on everything from the program of works, structural elements, as well as co-ordinating with the client throughout the project.
Once all approvals were in place and the client was confident to proceed, MCUK carried out scoping and pre-start meetings with our sub-contractors & client, collated all health & safety information and placed orders accordingly. We then held weekly site meetings with the client’s project manager and other relevant parties, keeping everyone updated and ensuring that the project was delivered as expected on time.
The project was completed successfully on time, completely snag free and within budget.
