Our specialist joinery workshop is a modern and well equipped building in Widnes, Cheshire, from where we manufacture our joinery products to satisfy our site operation. In addition, we utilise our capabilities to provide products for customers that have “supply only” requirements.
Following the successful delivery of the Frasers Group Metrocentre project, MCUK was appointed Principal Contractor for the transformation of a 70,000 ft² former department store into a new Flannels flagship on Briggate, Leeds. The project aimed to create a high-end, multi-level retail destination that combined luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and fitness, while respecting the historic character of the site.

The project involved a full strip-out and fit-out to create a flagship destination combining premium fashion, global sports brands, luxury beauty, food and beverage outlets, and a state-of-the-art Frasers gym—delivered within a demanding programme.
